Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 2 medium size onion, finely chopped
• 2 medium size tomato, grind it
• 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1/2tbsp mustard seeds
• curry leaves
• 1tbsp chilli powder
• 1/2tbsp coriander powder
• a pinch turmeric powder
• Salt as per taste
• 2 full green chilli, without slitting
• coriander leaves
• Oil
Procedure for preparation:
Step 1: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 3tbsp oil, put mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies, and fry it nicely, then put the grinded tomato paste and fry it, until onion and tomato paste merge together.
Step 2: Then put chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and continue frying. Pour little water and allow it to boil.
Step 3: Then break the eggs and pour in the masala, one by one, and stir the eggs slightly, then close the pan until eggs gets cooked and masala smell goes off.
Step 4: Now all the water will be absorbed, and gravy looks thick, garnish with coriander leaves and start serving hot.
