Coriander chicken gravy recipe

                                                           

                                                             




Ingredients:



  • 6 green chillies
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • little curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • coconut pieces (50g)
  • 10 cashew nuts
  • 2tbsp coriander seeds, grind into coarse
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2tbsp curd
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil



Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Grind the green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves to paste and keep aside.

Step 2: Grind the poppy seeds, cashew nuts, coconut nicely in food processor.

Step 3: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 3 tbsp oil and put cumin seeds, and put the coarsely grinded coriander fry it, until it turns golden brown, then add ginger garlic paste to it and continue frying.

Step 4: Now add the poppy seeds, cashew paste mixture in the pan and stir it well, add turmeric powder. keep in the medium flame. If the gravy is too thick add little water to it.

Step 5: Then put the grinded green chilli, coriander mixture into the pan and keep stirring for 5 minutes, then add the chicken pieces and stir well in medium flame for 5 minutes. Then pour some water for gravy. Then stir well and add the salt for taste.

Step 6: Add 2tbsp curd and stir it. Then close the pan and leave for 10 minutes in medium flame. Coriander chicken is ready, you can serve it hot.
