Ingredients:
- 6 breads
- 1 boiled potato
- 2tbsp grated carrot
- 2tbsp, finely chopped beans
- 2tbsp, finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4tbsp chilli powder
- 1/4tbsp coriander powder
- 1tbsp, finely chooped onion
- 1tbsp, finely chopped tomato
- salt as per taste
- Bread crumbs
- oil
Procedure for preparation:
Step 1: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 2 tbsp oil, put, onion, tomato, vegetables and fry it for 5 minutes, then put chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and fry it.
Step 2: Once the vegetables gets cooked, smash the boiled potato and mix it in the vegetable content.
Step 3: Cut the corners of the bread, immerse in the water, and squeeze the water from bread gently.
Step 4: Then place the vegetable masala in the middle of the bread and roll it and put it in bread crumbs.
Step 5: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 5tbsp of oil, and place the bread roll one by one and fry it

Step 6: Place the fried bread roll in the plate and serve it with tomato sauce.
