Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces (200g), cut into very small pieces
- 4tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 2tbsp tomoato, finely chopped
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- curry leaves
- 1 and half tbsp chicken curry masala powder
- 1/4tbsp pepper powder
- a pinch turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- Oil
- 1/4tbsp garam masala powder
- coriander leaves.
Procedure for preparation:
Step 1: Keep the pan on the stove, pour tbsp oil, and put the ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato, curry leaves and fy it nicely.
Step 2: Then put the chicken pieces and fry it nicely, then put the chicken masala, pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Then pour 3 glasses of water and allow it to boil nicely, until chicken pieces gets cooked and masala smell goes off. Then garnish with coriander leaves and start serving the soup.
