Ingredients:
- 4tbsp Gram flour
 - 1tbsp Red chilli powder
 - Turmeric powder
 - 1/4tbsp Garam masala
 - 1/4tbsp Coriander powder
 - 1/4tbsp Cumin powder
 - 1/2tbsp Ginger garlic paste
 - 1/2tbsp Chopped curry leaves
 - Fish cut in fingers (250g)
 - 4tbsp Bread crumbs
 - 3 drops of lime
 - Salt
 - Oil
 
Procedure for preparation:
Step 1: Mix the gram flour and bread crumbs in plate and keep aside.
Step 2: Take the fish fingers and put it in a bowl.
Step 3: Add chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped curry leaves, lime juice, salt and mix it nicely with fish fingers.
Step 4: Keep the frying pan and pour oil and heat it, now dip the fish fingers in gram flour and bread crumbs mixture and coat the fish fingers nicely.
Step 5: Then put the coated fish fingers in the hot oil and fry it. Hot and spicy fish fingers are ready.
