Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1tbsp carrot, finely chopped
- 1tbsp cabbage, finely chopped
- 1tbsp beans, finely chopped
- 1tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1tbsp, grated cheese
- salt
- oil
Procedure for preparation:
Step 1: Keep the pan, pour 2tbsp oil, put all the vegetables and fry it nicely, until it gets cooked.
Step 2: Break the eggs and put in the bowl, then add the fried vegtables, salt and mix it.
Step 3: Keep the base bottom pan, pour 2tbsp oil, pour the egg mixture and spread it eventually on the pan.
Step 4: Once the egg cooked in the base, just turn the omelet carefully and cook the other side.
Step 5: Then garnish with grated cheese and serve it hot.
