Okra masala fry recipe, (ladies finger masala fry), vendakkai masala fry recipe

                                                                  








Ingredients:


  • Okra( ladies finger) (200g)
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large tomato, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2tbsp mustard seeds
  • curry leaves
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • 1tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2tbsp coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves
  • Oil




Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Cut the ladies finger into small pieces.

Step 2: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 3tbsp oil, put mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, chopped onion, and fry it nicely, following that add chopped tomato and fry until onion and tomato merge together.

Step 3: Then put the ladies finger pieces and fry for 5 to 7 minutes, then put chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and continue frying.

Step 4: Then pour little water, until the ladies finger gets cooked and masala smell goes off.

Step 5: Fry the ladies finger, until all the water absorbed and cooked well. Then garnish with coriander leaves and start serving.

Ingredients:

  • Okra( ladies finger) (200g)

  • 1/4tbsp coriander powder
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1tbsp gram flour
  • oil for frying



Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Cut the ladies finger into small pieces

Step 2: Take a bowl, put chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, gram flour, ladies finger pieces and pour little water and mix it.

Step 3: Keep the frying pan on the stove, pour oil, put the okra pieces fry it, until it becomes crispy.

Step 4: Drain the oil and serve it hot.


 

Potato masala recipe for poori and chappathi

                                                           




Ingredients:


  • 2 Potato (200g)
  • 1 medium size onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small size toamto, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp chopped garlic
  • curry leaves
  • 4 green chillies, slit it
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp bengal gram
  • 1/2tbsp black gram
  • coriander leaves
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste


Procedure for preparation:

Step 1:Peel the potato skin and  smash the boiled potato and keep aside,

Step 2:  Keep the pan on the stove, pour oil put mustard seeds, black gram, bengal gram, curry leaves, chopped garlic, onion and fry for few minutes, following that add tomato and fry for few minutes.

Step 3: Put salt, turmeric powder and pour 2 glasses of water and allow it to boil.

Step 4: Then put the smashed potato in the pan and stir it. It will absorb all the water and looks like gravy form.

Step 5: Then garnish with coriander leaves and start serving.
 

Channa masala recipe

                                                             








Ingredients:


  • 1 cup channa(100g), soak it previous night
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large tomato, grind it
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • curry leaves
  • 2 green chilli, without slitting
  • 1tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2tbsp coriander powder
  • 1tbsp channa masala powder (available in grocery shop)
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • coriander leaves
  • oil


Procedure for preparation:


Step 1:  Wash the soaked channa, and put it in pressure cooker and allow for 7 whistle.

Step 2: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 4tbsp oil, put ginger garlic paste, onion, green chilli,  curry leaves and fry it, following that add grinded tomato paste and continue frying until onion and tomato merge together.

Step 3: Take the channa from cooker and put it in pan and continue frying for 5 minutes.

Step 4: Then put chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, channa masala, salt and continue frying, then pour little water and close the pan for few minutes.

Step 5: Once the channa cooked, it looks in gravy form, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
 

Egg fry recipe




                                                          

Ingredients:


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato, paste it
  • 1tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2tbsp coriander powder
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves
  • oil

Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Boil the 2 eggs, remove the shells and cut into two equal halves.

Step 2: Take a bowl, put 4tbsp of grinded tomato paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric and mix it.

Step 3: Take the eggs and apply the masala on either sides.

Step 4: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 5tbsp oil, place the egg pieces one by one in pan and fry both sides of eggs.

Step 5: Garnish the fried eggs with coriander leaves and serve it

Chicken sandwich using sandwich maker, ( chicken bread toast) (bread toast) ( chicken toast)


                                                          

Ingredients:


  • Chicken pieces (100g)
  • 1 medium size onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 1tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/4tbsp coriander powder
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/4tbsp garam masala powder
  • Oil
  • Butter


Procedure for preparation:

Step 1: Cut the chicken into very small pieces.

Step 2: Keep the pan on the stove, pour oil, put onion and fry for few minutes, following that add tomato and fry it, until onion and tomato merge together.

Step 3: Put the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and continue frying.

Step 4: Then put small chicken pieces and fry nicely, pour little water for chicken to get cooked. This mixture should be dry.

Step 5: Pre heat the sandwich toaster, and place the chicken masala inbetween two breads, apply some butter on top of the bread and place it in sandwich maker.

Step 6: Once the bread is toasted, you can serve with tomato sauce.

Chilli cheese bread sandwich recipe using sandwich maker

                                                             







Ingredients:


  • 4 breads
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 layer of cheese
  • 2tbsp ghee



Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Switch on the sandwich maker and preheat it.

Step 2: keep the bread on the plate, and place the cheese layer on the bread.

Step 3: sprinkle the finely chopped green chilli on the cheese layer, then close the cheese with other bread and apply few ghee on top

Step 4: Now place the bread sandwich in sandwich maker, and toast it

Step 5: Once it gets cooked remove from sandwich maker and serve it with tomato sauce.
