Brinjal fry recipe, (kathirikai fry recipe)


                                                            





Ingredients:


  • Brinjal (200g), cut into small pieces
  • 1tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/4tbsp coriander powder
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves
  • Oil



Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 6tbsp oil, and put the small brinjal pieces and fry it for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Then put the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and continue frying.

Step 3: Keep the medium flame and fry the brinjal, until it gets cooked.

Step 4: Garnish with coriander leaves and start serving hot.

This is very simple dish and easy to prepare in few minutes. You can have this dish with curd rice, sambar rice etc...

Vegetable bread roll recipe

                                                          




Ingredients:


  • 6 breads
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2tbsp grated carrot
  • 2tbsp, finely chopped beans
  • 2tbsp, finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/4tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/4tbsp coriander powder
  • 1tbsp, finely chooped onion
  • 1tbsp, finely chopped tomato
  • salt as per taste
  • Bread crumbs
  • oil


Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 2 tbsp oil, put, onion, tomato, vegetables and fry it for 5 minutes, then put chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and fry it.

Step 2: Once the vegetables gets cooked, smash the boiled potato and mix it in the vegetable content.

Step 3: Cut the corners of the bread, immerse in the water, and squeeze the water from bread gently.

Step 4: Then place the vegetable masala in the middle of the bread and roll it and put it in bread crumbs.

Step 5: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 5tbsp of oil, and place the bread roll one by one and fry it

You can do even deep frying.

Step 6: Place the fried bread roll in the plate and serve it with tomato sauce.

Bread omlette recipe

                                                          






Ingredients:


3 breads
3 eggs
1onion, finely chopped
1/4tbsp pepper powder
Salt as per taste
coriander leaves, finely chopped
Oil
2 tbsp grated cheese



Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Take a bowl, break the eggs and put in bowl, then beat the eggs nicely, then add onion, pepper powder, salt, coriander and mix it nicely with beaten egg,

Step 2: keep the pan on the stove and pour 2 tbsp oil, then immerse the bread in the egg mixture nicely and put it in hot pan, and pour some egg mixture on the bread and toast it both the side.

Step 3: In the same way, toast the other two breads, and keep the toasted bread on the plate and sprinkle the grated cheese on the bread and serve it

Egg and vegetable omlette recipe

                                                      





Ingredients



  • 3 Eggs
  • 1tbsp carrot, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp beans, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp, grated cheese
  • salt
  • oil


Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Keep the pan, pour 2tbsp oil, put all the vegetables and fry it nicely, until it gets cooked.

Step 2: Break the eggs and put in the bowl, then add the fried vegtables, salt and mix it.

Step 3: Keep the base bottom pan, pour 2tbsp oil, pour the egg mixture and spread it eventually on the pan.

Step 4: Once the egg cooked in the base, just turn the omelet carefully and cook the other side.

Step 5: Then garnish with grated cheese and serve it hot.

Egg podimas recipe, ( muttai podimas recipe)

                                                               






Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilli, finely chopped
  • curry leaves, finely chipped
  • coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil


Procedure for preparation:


Step1: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 2tbsp oil, put chopped onion, curry leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and fry it.

Step 2: Then break the eggs and pour it in the pan and stir it gently, until the egg gets cooked, then fry it nicely, until egg pieces break into very small pieces like podimass.

Step 3: Then serve the hot egg podimass

Scrambled egg gravy recipe, (muttai thokku)


                                                    





Ingredients:


•  3 eggs
•  2 medium size onion, finely chopped
•  2 medium size tomato, grind it
•  1tbsp ginger garlic paste
•  1/2tbsp mustard seeds
•  curry leaves
•  1tbsp chilli powder
•  1/2tbsp coriander powder
•  a pinch turmeric powder
•  Salt as per taste
•  2 full green chilli, without slitting
•  coriander leaves
•  Oil


Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 3tbsp oil, put mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies, and fry it nicely, then put the grinded tomato paste and fry it, until onion and tomato paste merge together.

Step 2: Then put chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and continue frying. Pour little water and allow it to boil.

Step 3: Then break the eggs and pour in the masala, one by one, and stir the eggs slightly, then close the pan until eggs gets cooked and masala smell goes off.

Step 4: Now all the water will be absorbed, and gravy looks thick, garnish with coriander leaves and start serving hot.

 

Egg gravy recipe, ( muttai thokku recipe)

                                           






Ingredients:


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 medium size onion, finely chopped
  • 2 medium size tomato, grind it
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2tbsp mustard seeds
  • curry leaves
  • 1tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2tbsp coriander powder
  • a pinch turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 full green chilli, without slitting
  • coriander leaves
  • Oil


Procedure for preparation:


Step 1: Boil the eggs, remove the shells and cut into half

Step 2: Keep the pan on the stove, pour 3tbsp oil, put mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies, and fry it nicely, then put the grinded tomato paste and fry it, until onion and tomato paste merge together.

Step 3: Then put chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and continue frying. Pour little water and allow it to boil, until the masala smell goes off.

Step 4: Now all the water will be absorbed and masala looks like semi gravy, then put the eggs in the gravy and fry for few minutes, until the gravy becomes thick.

Step 5: Now garnish with coriander leaves and start serving it hot.
